Virtual Idea Exchange - December 2024

The NACA Programming Committee is excited to invite you to NACA’s first virtual Idea Exchange on December 4, 2024.

For the December 4th virtual Idea Exchange, we will be discussing Elections and Transitions in County Government. With 2024 elections behind us county governments across the nation face transitions for their elected officials and staff. Come learn how other counties deal with issues such as onboarding, staffing, and more. Attendees are welcome to share their best practices and challenges as well!

The virtual Idea Exchanges are organized so attendees will learn from their peers via breakout rooms through facilitated discussions. Come to connect with your county peers from across the nation!
