Overview

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) is moving fast and county governments will soon have access to substantial funding. We are all scrambling to understand how funds can be used and what principles/priorities we should apply to manage the process to ensure investment in community needs, while avoiding ongoing expenses that further exacerbate our structural budget challenges.

This session provides an opportunity to participate in a lively discussion about how county leaders are planning on using the funds. You will have the opportunity to learn from one another about challenges, strategies, and innovative ideas.
